It’s 2019, and that means that presidential candidates are making their announcements, staffing up their campaigns, and making their way to Iowa to win over caucus-goers. This is the period when the policy platforms of each candidate—and the key issues of the campaign overall—begin to take shape. As Iowa organizations who serve and represent children, we want to see all candidates recognize the important and diverse needs of children and families by answering the following questions.
